Florence Egwu is a software engineer with half a decade of experience spanning fintech and healthtech. She is the co-founder of the Calabar Tech Community, where she drives initiatives that foster innovation, collaboration, and talent development. As a Backend Engineer, she builds scalable distributed systems with modern technologies, and is passionate about knowledge sharing, mentorship, and community building.
